Uphuthu lwamasi
Ingredients
- 1,7 l water
- 5 cups mielie meal(impuphu)
- To taste salt.
Method
In a medium pot pour the boiled water of 1,7 liter.
Then, let it boil once it is boiled pour your mielie meal and salt
When cooking uphuthu you use fork to stir. You will stir until your mielie meal is refined and fine.
Let it cook and stir until it's perfectly cooked.
You will serve it with amasi(sour milk) and sour cream. It's delicious
