Ubhatata/Sweet Potatoe Recipe

Ubhatata 

No spices no, garnishing just plain and simple sweet potato.

Ingredients

• 10 Sweet Potatoes
•  Water

Method

Wash your sweet potatoes.

Put your sweet potatoes in a pot and add just enough water to cover half a sweet potato. Close pot with lid and bring to boil.

Turn down the heat and boil the sweet potatoes for 30 minutes or until you can stick a fork in a sweet potato and it goes in easily. If water level drops during cooking add more water.

Remove pot from stove and drain any excess water.

Serve and enjoy!
